I hope your don't mind me adding some long thoughts about this season. The dynamics around 2025 we're built on the ideal of a great connection around the team and especially between Bo, Vlad and John Schneider. Springer blended in and the other triple A guys. The pitching, as so often does, gelled around Pete Walker and then sherzer, bassit and Gausman. Just some good vibes. This is massively simplistic but it worked. This year getting rid of Bo was a big deal - a bat and a team mate/wing man for Vlad. Big Oak brought a bat but not so much the experience. So we were always really looking for something that wasn't there. I think Vladdy needs a wingman but we'll see. The pitching has a lot of interesting pieces in the recovery rooms coming back from injury. If Santander ever returns to what he was, there maybe some old money down the back of the couch that will add to the lineup, but we do need to buy some new bats and obviously some more pitching. BUT I wouldn't be surprised if we came back to make the playoffs 2027... If a deal is brokered over the winter and there's enough time to play some baseball lol.
