The new year has arrived and, following Exit Philosophy’s one week holiday hiatus, nothing has really changed for the baffling Blue Jays. With more than half the off-season still ahead, prior to Opening Day, in terms of the Jays wish-list, they could use another outfield bat, a starter, and, most especially, fans would love to see any signs of progress in signing Vlad Guerrero Jr to an extension. Hey Bryan, When you see someone play every day, you notice and remember all their flaws while others from the outside see nothing but highlights. We are influenced by all the flaws that you mention, but the bottom line is it's not our money and Vlad is a player they developed and is important to what they are trying to do. Happy New Year.
