Hi Richard. I read with interest your all-time Blue Jays home run list as of Oct. 23, following the Springer LCS blast. Curious how - or if -- you would alter the list post-World Series. Do any of the Bo-Vlad-Barger-Schneider etc. home runs crack the top 5? So many blasts and ultimately a Series loss. Keep up the great work, sir.
Not sure I can listen to this yet as I don't think it will aid in my recovery. But I have a question for you: if the home plate ump had called IKF safe, do you think the video replay would have overturned the call?
Yes, it would likely have been overturned. but, of course, the game would not have continued until the celebratory confetti and streamers were shovelled off the field. I still believe he would have been safe if IKF had just run through home plate and not slid. It was a force play
